The smoked salmon with dill and the slightly torched tuna was our favorite. The makis were so unique. Our favorites were the Hawaii 5O that has a mix of sweet and smoky also the geisha. The Apple mixed with mint is perfection. Each roll has a surprise herb or vegetable. They are so creative and delicious. The takeout itself blew us away. It is so fancy!
