My daughter and I enjoyed the pescatarian tasting menu tonight and I added the wine pairing. This place must be the best fine dining value in Edinburgh right now. If you go, I encourage you to try one of the tasting menus and splurge on the wine as the sommelier selections were bold and most satisfying. They included a couple I have never previously tried. Standout dishes include a perfectly seared scallop in saffron sauce, octopus, and sea trout. Every single fish dish was perfectly cooked. The dessert was a show shopper. My daughter said when she tried it "angels started singing", it was perfect. Go, and put yourself in the chefs hands.
