So far staff is friendly and nice and so far in our Canadian vacation montreal and Quebec City this is the quickest service so far. All other sit down restaurants are pretty slow maybe it's a Canadian thing but pleasantly surprised at the prompt service and checking in on us. They were great! We spent a good hour and a half, watching locals come in and out enjoying food, and drinks. Just know this is Quebec and everyone speaks French, so do your best and at least understand how to say please, thank you and enough to get through the basics, it is appreciated by the locals if you try. There is street parking if you are driving. If you find yourself in port and off a cruise ship, it is within walking distance of the port.
