They offer a "different version" (better, in my opinion) of an Italian pizza and many tasty homemade starters. Prices are also very reasonable. They also have a great selection of sodas and so try the homemade ice tea! The cheerful and hospitable owner sure knows how to care for his customers. His sense of humor and timely manner in which our delicious foods were served, completed our very pleasant late night dinner as we were just passing through Nancy after a long drive.

I hopped on Google and found this place, that looked like it might fit the bill. The Chef/owner was friendly, charming, and made us feel at home instantly. He said he could speak in several languages to accommodate us, and made some friendly jokes to break the ice. All 3 of us ordered the Bibou (mine without chedder, unfortunately). For beverages, one of us had the graefruit soda, and I had the violet homemade iced tea. The tea was one of the best I've had! Balanced, not too sweet, and lightly floral. When the pidélices came out, they were piping hot and covered in both sesame and poppy seeds. They were crispy, airy, and almost like a pizza in a paper thin baguette. The chef brought us a tasting of the lentil soup - his mother's recipe, he told us. It was thin, flavorful, and delicate. Not what I expected, but I enjoyed it enough to order a bowl. I wished I had a baguette to enjoy with the soup. At the end, the owner wished us well and invited us back if we needed any help while visiting the city, which was genuine and kind. He has a gift fir making people feel welcome and appreciated. Overall, we had a great meal and got back on the road on schedule. It was a great stop!

Veuillez excuser ma revue en anglais:…read more I'm visiting Nancy right now from California and I've been roaming down Rue Stanislas for dinner lately. So far I've been very happy with all the restaurants I've stopped at. Tonight was no exception. Le Capri is a restaurant that has cute French flaire. We were sat downstairs and got a nice waiter that spoke English. We ordered in French but continued to ask him how to say things properly. I got the 4 cheese pizza (10.70€) which was AMAZING even though it sounds basic the cheeses were sooooo creamy. My boyfriend said it was a little too cheesy for him but I could eat cheese all day (perhaps it's the Swiss in me) and I thought it was perfect! He got the entrecote (rib steak - 16.20€) and it was cooked perfectly even though it looked a little too rare, it was delicious! I ordered a mai tai (7.50 €) and aside from being tasty, the fruit garnish was actually really good quality too! I'm definitely going to come back here!!!!

First of all, this restaurant is a maze! From the outside it looks to be quite average in size, but…read moreonce you're inside you find a number of staircases going up and down, in addition to a back room. We were a group of 8 (celebrating a friend's birthday) and had a delicious and relaxed meal. The menu provides a wide variety of dishes including pizzas, salads and other Italian-inspired meals. I ordered the Tartine Rocamadour and loved it! The side salad was well dressed with lots of fresh and colorful veggies, and the tartine itself (goat cheese, honey and artichoke hearts) was just the right amount of food for one person.
