I love a good gourmet pop, or "iced lolly" as they call it here, and Le Pops has got that special somethin'! I've dragged the hubs ice poppin' to and fro! He's not really into it, but he plays nice. He's never been as excited as he was here. I think we've got a winner! They got him at the "coating" options. He's been dipped many times, but never dipped AND coated! Look at you... you made an honest [fan] outta' him today, LP! As for me... I'm a boring flavor nerd so the strawberry + vanilla totally hit the spot! On top of that, it was a "double stamp" day for their customer rewards card, so I got giddy! I can't wait to return a try the shaved ice. I was awestruck by the hand crank! All in all, Le Pops is a real winner!

Incredible! We stopped in after dinner for dessert. It was so good! Service was fantastic as well and offered excellent suggestions!

My favorite thing about Le Pops is the fact that you've got options! They have fruity pops, sweet pops, milky pops-- and then you have the option to dip and add toppings to your pop and switch up the flavor. I had the salted Carmel, my favorite. & even though I've had it several times, I've never had it upped in white chocolate and topped with coconut. It was amazing! & I'll always come back.

This place has been bookmarked for over 2 years! I'm so glad I found it because I'm addicted. I love the strawberry pop dipped in chocolate. Isn't everything better with chocolate. The raspberry mango one is pretty good too. I love their Rice Krispie treats as well. They use brown butter for their treats. They also have smores for $2 which is a little expensive for a little thing but I'm sure it's worth it but I always end up with a pop.

Wow. I was ready to be underwhelmed by a shop that only sells popsicles and I was proven wrong. I've had popsicles and their shaved ice and both are as handmade as you can get, with real fruit, hand shaved ice, and quality Guittard chocolate (if you want your pop dipped). Pick out a topping for your pop if you want or keep it plain. Non pretentious staff is a real bonus compared to the iced treat competitor down the street (red mango, I'm looking at you). It's about $8 for two treats here. Quiet. Seating. Good for kids.

I love this idea so much and I wish there was one of these closer to where I'm from! You pick an ice cream or ice pop and then have the option to dip it in chocolate and add toppings. I went for the lemon pie flavor, which was a delicious creamy lemon flavor on its own, and had it dipped in white chocolate and topped with Graham cracker crumbs for a delicious and texturally interesting creation. The graham crackers were adhered by the chocolate in a way that made for very cohesive and complementary bites. The store is also very thoughtful from the cupcake liners that prevent spillage to the stand that holds popsicles while you pay. Nice little treat and I would highly recommend it!

The pops were awesome. Plenty of vegan options. You can have your pop dipped in dark chocolate. The watermelon pop tasted like frozen watermelon. No artificial flavor taste.

I know this looks kinda gross, but I forgot to take a pic before digging in. Cherry and vanilla cream shaved ice.

I have never had a popsicle here....and as long as they have their shaved ice, I never will. Their shaved ice is absolutely the best there is. They hand crank the ice and it is sooo fine and creates an almost creamy texture. Their flavors are good on their own, but adding vanilla cream to other flavors, like cherry or blackberry, brings it to a whole new level. This is probably my favorite dessert in town. *Though they stop selling shaved ice once November hits. Then, they sell amazing hot chocolate instead. In the spring, they will switch them again. Until then, shaved ice, until then.

reasonably priced & deliciously made ice and cream Pops! cute shop on the side of Kavanaugh Blvd in the Heights area. Always satisfied!!! Parking is a bit difficult because it's mainly street parking.

Yes! If you're reading this and wondering if you should visit.....stop reading and just go there. Fresh fruit pops in several flavors dipped in one of three chocolates if you want it, and then rolled into some sort of candy coating or sprinkles...or even just eat them plain. So flavorful...I was shocked. Will definitely come back! Service was very friendly and quick and the prices are very fair. Worth a stop...especially on a warm day.

who doesn't love fancy popsicles? ok maybe people that don't want to pay 1 popsciles when you can get a box for the same price. BUT this place is good. You get a nice variety of choices to pick from between cream and ice (think fruit bar like). From there, you can dip and then add toppings. We went today since we are home visiting the parents for the holidays. It was 50s today but regardless, its never too cold for ice cream. I got the Raspberry Peach which was more raspberry than peach and then tried the Blueberry Cardamom and also Banana Pudding. All delish. Also tried the Pure Sunshine which has no added sugar. It's not as strong flavored. We went back after walking around and got more to take home too. They have a stamp card. If you buy 10, you get one free too. Kudos guys to bringing fancy popsicle to LR.

I've personally worked my way through most of the menu over time, so I was excited for them to try it. It was around 9am so it was still fairly quiet and calm. Believe me it gets busy!! We started with orange juice and a Sunrise Matcha while we looked over the menu and caught up. The service was excellent (always) attentive, friendly, and relaxed, which made it easy to take our time. My companion ordered the B Street Bowl (potatoes, smoked brisket, onions, and peppers) with the queso served on the side and eggs cooked to order(fried hard). I ordered The Chenal which is their seasoned grilled shrimp with bacon, peppers, and tomatoes over cheesy grits. I added an over-medium egg and a side of hollandaise. Both dishes were delicious and incredibly satisfying. The portions were huge, and we each ended up taking a to-go box home for a mini meal later. It's the kind of brunch spot where you can sip your drink, take your time, and leave very full. Tip: If you order the B Street Bowl, getting the queso on the side lets you control the richness. Everything is amazing here. If you're a newbie, you can't go wrong with a Benedict!

Wandered in here about a week ago, based upon the reviews from yelp and why did it NOT disappoint!…read more Super cute little place located about a block off the main drag, it's in a converted house that is decorated tastefully and kept immaculately clean. It was lunchtime, and even though I thought I wanted something sweet like French toast the brisket wrap caught my eye, and I decided to give that a try instead. Meanwhile, the nice lady sitting next to me received her bananas, foster pancakes, and I immediately started kicking myself for not going that route. Her bananas were beautifully caramelized with quite a bit of sauce, topping the pancakes, and it looked heavenly. According to her, it was heavenly. Moments later, my brisket wrap arrived with the tiniest little container of a garlic aïoli, which was clearly homemade. The rap itself was jampacked full of succulent, perfectly cooked beef, but when you put a little bit of that aïoli on there, it really stepped its game up and shined! I left completely stuffed in a very happy camper and you will too. Enjoy!

After not having been there since before covid, I went back yesterday. I noticed the remodel and saw the lack of a case featuring cakes and other sweets. OK - I thought as long as it still tastes the same. I heard an employee tell another customer that the same family still owned it. I got my old favorite -- lemon blueberry tea cake and a cupcake with coconut and caramel topping the icing. My sister who has celiac bought several soups, many pieces of cheesecake, an individual lemon pie, cookies and more. She took a bite of the little pie as soon as we got in the car -- let me tell you it was awful. The lemon did not taste at all lemony. It tasted mostly of chemicals. When I got home, I ate the cupcake and the cupcake itself was dry and barely edible. The frosting was some unknown concoction that tasted of chemicals also. My sister told me this morning that she ate more stuff when she got home and she has been sick all night and still today. I googled Dempsey and it says that Paula Dempsey sold the bakery to Friendly Bakery. They did the remodel and I am assuming the food was also "remodeled." I'm sure it was a "money" thing because that is what big business always does -- look at the bottom line. I am so disappointed. I used to go there for lunch when I worked downtown but I know for sure, I won't be going back. I did not select "service" or "ambiance" as noted above. I didn't find anything wrong with either. It was the chemical taste of the food and the lack of freshness that I am upset about.

Great 100% gluten free bakery. Celiac safe. Staff are very knowledgeable. They offer lunch (maybe…read morebreakfast as well?) and have seating in case you want to stay and eat your meal or gluten free goodies! Adequate parking nearby. Great gluten free find.
