Wedding attendees are still raving about the food. The most frequent comments are that "it was absolutely the best wedding food" they have ever had, as well as, "it came hot". The service staff was polite and efficient. The day got away from us, so they adjusted to meet our needs. I never remember what I ate at most weddings. These guests will remember for years. Also, we had several guests with severe allergies and some with gluten issues. All of our needs were met and never questioned. Their menu is designed for GF/DF. But we also needed several plated dinners due to our more extremely allergic guests. We felt that our concerns were heard and taken seriously. Thank you!!! We also used the bar tending staff. They were excellent as well. We had three signature drinks and beer, wine and champagne. There was minimal waiting for drinks, even during the cocktail hour. I highly recommend this company for any event.

To the beautiful fireplace, to enjoy a nice cup of Fair Trade coffee and scone by, this is not your ordinary restaurant. For us, we were on the hunt for burgers and found them. They had breakfast specials that looked amazing, but wanted what we wanted! Great hostess and waitress was attentive. Have I gotten to the food? I did the Build your Own Burger, medium rare, adding Bacon, Blue Cheese and all the extras lettuce, onion, tomato, and pickle. Also ordered onion ringers, which had a crispy coating like non I have tasted before. Originally I had ordered fried pickles, but changed to the onion rings, they brought those too at no charge since they made them by mistake! Love the extra love to the meal! Especially since initially they forgot my bacon, but the hostess made sure things were fixed! See we walked in strangers and left like family. I felt so comfortable, I accidentally walked out with my water cup. Had to walk back in! Yes, thankfully I realized! Now I cannot wait to go back and try the fish fry!

The menu was large and there were a lot of great looking items, but I decided I wanted to try the truffle fries. Therefore, my entree had to be a burger. That's just how I roll. I built my own burger with mushrooms and bacon. The burger patty was cooked perfectly, juicy and delicious. The burger to bun ratio was a perfect balance. The true star was the truffle fries. I've had truffle fries before, but none as good as these. The potatoes were fresh cut and topped generously with the truffle oil. Then they were served in an individual sized deep-fryer basket for a cool presentation. It looked like a franchise chain, but I don't think it is, so I like it even more! I hope to make it back to Cranberry Creek soon when I get back to Madison and try more of the menu. Todd S. may have been looking at the Cranberry Creek in Stevens Point, which is closed. The Madison location is still open. I called them just now to make sure.

The beef egg rolls, coconut jalapeños crab Rangoon, curry chicken and vegan sushi creations got me craving for them weekly. We had a carving station with prime rib and honey ham. Both meats were DELICIOUS. The prime rib was a favorite of many and we ate every last bit of it. In addition to the meats, we had a large selection of smaller bite-sized foods such as crab cakes, mini BLTs, mini Chicken Pot Pies, veggie spring rolls, to name a few. Fresh fruits and veggies, various cheeses, an excellent salad - basically everything you could want, we had it! Everyone was very impressed and I have been getting questioned all afternoon as to where the food was from, who catered, etc, as everyone really enjoyed it. On top of their amazing service, they even boxed up left overs for us so they don't go to waste. Great company to work with!

COMMUNICATION: I live out of state and thought it might be difficult to work remotely with a caterer, but Nicki made the whole experience easy and fun. I really felt like she took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and was always available to chat on the phone or quick to respond to my emails. GRAZING BOARDS + APPETIZERS: I was drawn to Twisted Radish by the photos on their website of their elaborate grazing boards (because appetizers are always one of my favorite parts of a wedding..), and it was so fun creating a delicious spread with Nicki's help. The end result was even better than I expected, she went out of her way to make sure everything was displayed beautifully and it all tasted amazing. DINNER: We did a plated dinner with three different main course options - Wedding Day Salmon, Herbed Tri Tip and Apple Cider Chicken. Each plate came with heirloom carrots with rosemary and orange, garlic broccoli with chili flakes, roasted fingerling potatoes, poached pear salad and sourdough dinner rolls. She even surprised us with butter boards for the rolls! Every dish tasted amazing, even better than I imagined. COFFEE AND DESSERT: Nicki set up a incredible coffee station complete with almond and oat milks in vintage carafes. I have a lot of coffee snobs in the family, and they all approved of the coffee. She also make us two homemade ice cream flavors (vanilla bean and blackberry) that were fantastic. STAFF: Everyone from Twisted Radish was so kind and extremely professional. You can tell they love what they do. I would 100% recommend Twisted Radish for any future events needing delicious and beautiful food. I feel extremely lucky they were available because I feel like we got the very best of the best!

While we had some initial stutters with communication with them (my husband took to Twitter, and that got some attention!) the end result was food and dessert that my friends and family are still talking about 4 years later. We could have gone with your standard sad chicken, pitiful fish, or woefully over-cooked beef and equally sad veggies, but we toughed it out and the food prevailed. They worked within our $3000 budget for food, offering us several full menus and items to choose from, and it was to be cooked on sight. Fresh, hot off the grill food at a wedding?! Practically unheard of. No over done meat, and veggies here, it was all perfect. They even put together a surprise extra cake for my husband and I, pretty awesome, I think. I'd absolutely have them cater again, and still happily give a great review of the food!
