We were very fortunate to get a table during very busy Saturday lunch time teeming with tourists in this quaint French town. As we passed by this place a couple of times, it always seemed very busy. In fact, there were three outside dining areas for this restaurant. We took this popularity as a good sign of their good food, but unfortunately it turned out the food was not that great for us.
The chicken in my Caesar Salad was very tough and lacked flavor. It was an interesting vegetable salad with boiled potato without any flavor...not even salt. My wife couldn't find any pieces of bacon in it, either. Cheese toast was just that, nothing to write home about.
Needless to say, it wasn't a great dining experience here for us. The only good thing out of this deal was we didn't spend whole a lot of money. Not recommended. read more
