I am extremely disappointed with the experience my friend and I had at this salon. My friend simply requested to have three different nail colors used on each hand, and instead of accommodating a paying customer or politely explaining any concerns, the owner responded by telling her she was being "difficult." His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As the owner, I would expect a much higher level of customer service. Instead, he made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment the conversation began. The interaction became so upsetting that my friend left in tears, which is absolutely unacceptable when customers are paying for a service and should be treated with basic respect and kindness. We want to make it clear that Kim has always been wonderful and talented, and this review is not a reflection of her work. However, with ownership displaying this level of disrespect toward customers, we cannot support this business and will not be returning. No customer should ever leave an appointment feeling humiliated or reduced to tears over a simple request. read more

so bad here they couldn't even do a simple French tip. the guy had a terrible attitude and when I asked if they could fix my nails i was met with resistance and he told me they "don't do stuff that doesn't make sense". that was his response when I asked to make the French tip smaller because it is literally half of my nail. Like seriously are we talking about making sense right now LOOK AT MY NAILS the lines aren't even straight and the shaping on a couple are horrendous and it was 60 dollars. My first time at Le Nails this past Monday. I requested a Pedicure with Acrylic nail on my big toes only, the rest of my toes were just a regular pedicure. I went with Gel nail polish to last longer. I knew it would be expensive but I was totally shocked when I was charged $71.00! I was expecting $50-$60. Of course I gave a tip of $15, making my Pedicure a total of $86! And I was thinking of adding a Manicure which I was glad I didn't. My husband was equally shocked and I said I will find another place that is not so expensive. I just moved the area and excited to find a shop so close to my house... Second time at the shop was a horrible experience... my pedicure was rough rushed by the technician. He seemed nonchalant didn't seem to care about my experience. I asked for callus removal he didn't want to apply the solution until I asked twice w an attitude. I also wanted fill ins but quickly forgotten as new customers entered the shop. Nevertheless if you want to have a good pampering experience maybe try another nail shop. They charge a lot of money for their services so they should provide customers with what they are paying for....They need to improve their customer service and quality offering great services consistently not random quality of care. The technician made a comment he was tired as his quality decreased. DONT rush your customers for the next as it creates a negative experience and caused you to loose a regular customer. read more

How do I rate less than zero. Visiting from New York City Had an appointment. Waited half and hour later to be seated. They guy botched up my nails with so much polish and I gave him a ten dollar tip. I told him he missed a spot on my toe and he became aggravated. Just can't beat nyc. Had powder dip nails and a pedicure yesterday. They have all new furniture with plexiglas shields at all stations. Very professional. Cleaned the seats and armrests between every client. I was impressed and highly recommend! read more

The absolute worse experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I went in for a polish change on both hand (gel) and feet. The technician was really nice but clearly not skilled. Polish was all over my hands and when I asked to fix it she said it must be the polish so she got another color and tried again. The same thing happened so she asked someone for help (I'm assuming a manager). He was able to correct some of her mistakes but blamed it on not being a full manicure but just a polish change. I have polish changes ALL THE TIME and never with results that look like my 9 year old daughter did them. When I asked him if he would be the one to paint my toes so I didn't have to go through the same thing, he agreed but was unhappy to do so. I made it clear I was not paying full price for nails and he refused to paint my toes. Blamed the situation on me not getting a manicure (which would have been nightmare considering the skill level of the technician). I have nails that look horrible, broken skin, and had to go to another salon to get my toes painted. Stay away from this place if at all possible. Drive into Orangeburg or Summerville. It will be well worth your time. There is a lack of professionalism and very low standards for quality of work at this establishment. read more

I agree with Beth G. They have no idea how to schedule. When you call they ask when you want to come in and say that's ok like they are putting you o the schedule. I have walked out twice because I have sat there for over 30 minutes. One time they hadn't even started on 2 people before me! Although there are no other salons nearby, I would rather travel 30 minutes than sit on a hard chair waiting. They lost my business. read more

I was visiting the area and needed fill-ins with 3 nails to be renewed. The technician began the manicure, but did not soak my nails, push back my cuticles, use lotion, or anything special. Then I was shocked when he charged me $38. I do not live in the US and I knew it would be more expensive than I am used to, but that price was ridiculous knowing he just did the fill-ins and painted my nails. I don't know if I received the 'non-resident' price or not, but I was not impressed with the service. read more

Went to website saw that they had a hot stone pedicure and called about pricing. The guy could not hear what I was saying when I finally got him to understand what I wanted he stated they don't even do hot stones. Someone needs to update their website. read more
