We visited Cassis in mid-July and had dinner here on the outside patio while watching the sunset. We each had the €16 three-course meal. For appetizers, the fish soup was just alright, assiette charcuterie (cheese and meat platter) is very nice, but the best was the fried little fish one. For main, le moules (the mussels) are very good and also surprisingly a very generous portion, the sea bass with ratatouille and potatoes dish was also a solid choice but don't expect a huge portion. For dessert, the apple pie is very different from American apple pies so worth sampling, but best is the ice cream because the scoop sits on top of lime sorbet which was sublime! I gave it four stars because service can be slow, but it's the French way and you are in a French resort town, so expect slow service and try to slow down and enjoy. read more
