Mais, avec une petite affluence, tous les convives sont restés à l'intérieur, facilement gérés par trois serveurs efficaces et un excellent sommelier. La cuisine, sans être pescétarienne, était très ancrée dans la mer, avec un tartare de dorade et des coquilles Saint-Jacques en amuse-bouche. En entrée, j'ai apprécié le maquereau à la rhubarbe et les assiettes de lotte aux fleurs de sureau. J'y retournerai avec plaisir. / An excellent weekday lunch, on the right bank of the Garonne, 3 km away from the tourist crowds. Unfortunately, the muted, blue bird themed decor in the small main dining room does not extend out to the much larger, generic terrace. But, with a small lunch crowd, all seating remained inside, easily controlled by 3 efficient servers and a very good sommelier. The food, while not pescetarian, was quite a bit of the sea here, with sea bream tartare and scallops as two separate amuse bouches. I…read moream 9 months pregnant and allergic to dairy and yet they made me a custom made menu with great taste and originality. The service is discreet and charming. Price is reasonable. Portions are very good and the decor is modern and relaxing. Just go and taste. You will not forget it!

He quickly realized we didn't speak French and made time to come over and introduce himself, then went over the all french menu for us in English. The food is great, however he told us multiple times if we didn't like something to let him know and he would get us something we did like. At the end of the meal he even offered us an umbrella as it was raining outside. Stand up hospitality. The restaurant itself is very cozy inside. We sat in front of the window and got in some good people watching. Nice wine list and even some awesome local craft beers. Food was spectacular and at a good price. All locals here. Because of Remi and his wife though, we never felt like "tourists," or out of place. As one review mentioned, don't let the lack of reviews deter you from coming here. As others have reviewed, our group did not…read morespeak French but Remi went through the entirety of the menu and even steered us away from dishes that he found delicious but, may have been a little adventurous (veal head or tripe). The food we had was delicious and the service was spectacular. Definitely make a reservation as we did! If not, you unfortunately won't be able to share the experience.
