The appetizers was Courgette flowers (Zucchini Blossoms) with ricotta cheese inside; there was this acidic mouse in the middle - a very refreshing and delightful dish! I don't see courgette much in the US so I'm glad I tried it. For the mains, we had the local trout and the braised pork cheeks with polenta. The trout was fresh, and paired nicely with a variety of different veggies. The stew was very warm and hearty and also not too salty. For dessert, we tried the tiramisu which was tasty but nothing to write home about. The waitress that served us was very friendly as well! Overall, a fantastic experience. I told him on the way over to our table that he was not doing a good job. That he shouldn't be standing around talking while customers were waiting. He said I was being "curt". I was never a huge fan of lobster but my mom grew up in Maine so I've reintroduced myself to it these past few years. Maybe I just grew up eating sh*t Lobster. When prepared right it can really knock your socks off. For desert I got the Nice Coffee. This was espresso, lemon sorbet and a cookie. A really great combination.
