the food was amazingly creative and wonderful to the taste buds, but the wait for the food was painfully slow.
six years ago, when i was living here i really liked this place and their market across the street. i was happy to see that they were still around. we had le dakar - really tasty fish and veggies - and le casamance - stewed of chicken - the sauce was good even if you are not a fan of olives. the rose was good.
i am giving five stars for the great food, huge portions, and cheap, but i am taking back two for the long long long wait. we came for a late lunch and they weren't busy, but we waited nearly an hour for our food.
i will definitely eat here again as long as i have plenty of time to spare. read more
