The restaurant's owners told us they came to Paris 40 plus years ago and their dream was to open an Asian restaurant in the city of Paris. It's super inspirational they came, learned French and made it happen. Side Note- Most restaurants in Paris close between lunch and dinner time. As we got there around 5pm we weren't sure if they would be open but they already had a few tables seated. This particular restaurant doesn't take credit cards so please take cash as you would be cleaning dishes the rest of the evening and that is not how you envision your trip to Paris. We ordered the shrimp dim sum along with a sizzling shrimp with veggies dish and veggie fried rice. The food had awesome authentic Chinese taste and smelled and tasted great. Wasnt expecting much with all the tourists along blvd clichy(moulin rouge) but little did i know that this was an amazing area for food if you can distract yourself from all the sex shops. Area is described to be safe, random hobos walking around and loud drunk kids. But def felt safer here than in new orleans bourbon street. The location for this fine hand pulled noodle establishment is among crepe and italian restaurants. Walked in, was greeted and instructed to a menu. They are known for their hand pulled noodles- either soup style or fried. My first visit i tried fried and they were very delicious, even as a take out option. The food is also clean and not oily! My mouth did not feel like it was slathered with WD40( as it usually does from a typical Chinese restaurant) after the meal. Ate every morsel, no random fat chunky blobs of meat or uncooked dense noodle parts. I came back and had the noodle soup- beef and it was also spectacular. Perfect portions, good atmosphere, clean, clean and helpful staff. Will be back to slurp up some more noodles one day!

It's a small restaurant in Montparnasse, and we fortunately were able to walk right in for an early dinner. They had to pull a table back so we could scoot into a corner booth. The menu is extensive and includes wontons (raviolis), soups, and noodle dishes. Everything looked amazing and the restaurant smelled so good. We ordered the wontons as an appetizer, soup Lamen with beef, soup with shrimp dumplings, lamen with pork and Lamen with beef. We only waited about 8 minutes and steaming hot food was placed in front of us. Our entrees made it out before our appetizer but we didn't mind. Portions were very large and the noodles were chewy, fresh and delicious. We loved every item we ordered. We came back later in the trip to order takeout since the line for tables was so long.
