Not only did the restaurant have great reviews, but they hand pull the noodles in the front of the restaurant.
It's a small restaurant in Montparnasse, and we fortunately were able to walk right in for an early dinner. They had to pull a table back so we could scoot into a corner booth.
The menu is extensive and includes wontons (raviolis), soups, and noodle dishes. Everything looked amazing and the restaurant smelled so good.
We ordered the wontons as an appetizer, soup Lamen with beef, soup with shrimp dumplings, lamen with pork and Lamen with beef.
We only waited about 8 minutes and steaming hot food was placed in front of us. Our entrees made it out before our appetizer but we didn't mind.
Portions were very large and the noodles were chewy, fresh and delicious. We loved every item we ordered.
We came back later in the trip to order takeout since the line for tables was so long.
If you're in Paris, this is a must try!
