Escargots de Bourgogme - The snails were sweeter than chicken but more flavorful. The sauce accompanied the snails like white on rice. Magret de Canard Roti au Miel - The duck was cooked to perfection. It melted in your mouth like butter touching flames. The meat was sweet and succulent to all the dancing taste buds on your tongue. Saumon Unilateral -The salmon was cooked just right to the point where sashimi was bathing on an open grill. We had Banane au Nutella & Fruits Rouge ou Caramel for dessert - It looked so good we dived right in with no hope of ever photographing it. The food was cooked to the chef's preference because we did not know how to ask for it. Basically, we said, ask the chef to cook it as if he was eating the meal himself. It was good food and it was so cheap compared to the other place we ate at. We found it by accident because we were just taking a stroll to look for places to eat.
