I've been here a few times and my stylist dresser was not bad. (Not amazing in terms of hair…read morestyling, but very friendly and it was enough that I kept coming back.) I just called to make an appointment. The receptionist who answered didn't really speak English. I'm trying hard to learn French since I moved here, but it's a struggle. We both tried, but she eventually said "just a minute", put me on hold (presumably to get someone else), and then a couple minutes later the line was disconnected. It might have been a mistake, but I had similar difficulties before. I feel like an inconvenient customer for them, so I figure I will do both parties a favour and go elsewhere. I should add that my boyfriend has been coming here for years and really likes it. Frankly, it's my own fault for living in Ahuntsic and the Ontario government's fault that I failed to learn French. It's a nice enough salon, but if you're in my situation, you might have an easier time elsewhere.

I was seated within 5 minutes on a busy Sunday, and out within an hour. This was my first time, but from here on out I'll absolutely be requesting an appointment with Lily. She took the time to understand my needs and was gentle, but detailed with my nails.

Very unprofessional place! If you are going to get a bikini wax, don't! Especially not at the Laval…read morelocation. I went there about 6 times to get a bikini wax, and I would say that, 2 out of the 6 women that waxed me, knew what they were doing. Recently I went, and the young girl had no idea what she was doing, she kept waxing the same area multiple times, which resulted in severe bruising around my bikini area. When I went to speak to the manager, the manager said it was my skin's fault, she did not even care. Horrible customer service, I also came to find out they use the same wax on all their clients which can result in serious infections. Do not go there for waxing.
