Dana was quick to respond and super accommodating. She was able to get me in for an appointment the very next day! I arrived at her spa (its in her home, don't let this deter you) and it was beautifully decorated, clean, and very professional. Dana was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable immediately. We spent the most time making sure the shape and design of my eyebrows was right before starting. Dana listened to my preferences, but also used measurements to determine which brow shape would be best for my face. Dana was super professional and quick. The end result was amazing! I have lived my whole life with sparse eyebrows. Having to fill them in everyday. When I saw my face in the mirror I couldn't believe it looked like real hair was on my brows. She did such a fantastic job. I've been researching microblading professionals for years and I can promise you, you won't find someone as inexpensive and talented as Dana in the Montreal area. But I am someone who have a habit of calling the evening before to confirm my appointment booked even though it was only booked the week before. Everything was fine when I reconfirmed my appointment the evening before. At the end, after much arguing, they let me stay for my appointment but my appointment was shortened by half. It was supposed to be an hour and half and I got only 30 minutes out of it. At the end of the 1st appointment, I have confirmed and booked a second appointment as I have a package with them. But after I booked for an appointment with them in person and left, they called me back on my phone to cancel it ON VOICEMAIL. I called back and asked why, and they said they made a mistake with the reservation for the next appointment and offer me an alternate date. I was furious but accepted. My date was changed to another date for the clinique's scheduling convenience (while an appointment should be at a date and time at the convenience of the customer). When I arrived at my 2nd appointment this time around, I found out my appointment altogether was canceled without any prior notice. I was extremely upset and asked why did they not call me about it. They shrugged their shoulders. So I asked for a refund, and they never refunded me back the money I was requested and which I paid for. This is a scammer Esthetique Clinique. Ladies and Gentlemen! My hair did grow back thinner but it's still 85% there with pigmentation. I'm not taking any hormone pills, my skin is not tanned and my hair was dark and thick. AKA...perfect candidate or so I was told. They never used a gel on me prior to the treatments as they should be. Each session took approximately 15 minutes but should've been longer as I was covering full leg, full bikini, and full arm. They tried to push me to buy a third year's worth of treatments but I wanted to see if there was any improvement after my last treatment. There was not. When I called back to complain, the lady on the phone told me that they can't guarantee results such as doctor's can't guarantee a cancer patients results when doing treatment. Like I said, horrible service! Within the waiting period, I had visited to renowned IPL hair removal clinics who both guaranteed at least an 80% hair loss after 8 treatments. I do not recommend this spa for IPL hair removal and I'm disappointed that a company could just rob someone of their money like that with no care in the world. Thanks for nothing Ten Spa!

They chose to ignore! So here it is: Upon arrival, the receptionist was unaware that I had booked a duo massage for my mom and myself, and then told us she'd have to charge us an additional 10$ if we wanted a duo. When I called to book our massages, I booked a duo and there was no mention of additional cost, which itself is something I've never encountered in any other spa! I get most of my massages in downtown Montreal, and I've never been asked to pay an additional fee for a duo. Because I didn't want to spoil our afternoon, I just paid it without making an issue of it. When our masseuses came to get us, they tried to bring us to separate rooms and had no idea we were getting a duo. Bad communication among staff, even though the spa was empty. They then made us wait while they went to prepare the room. My mom received a Massage Détente, and she truly enjoyed it and had a great masseuse. No complaints there. I however received a prenatal, and unfortunately it was simply awful. The masseuse applied barely any pressure, even though I asked her to increase the pressure twice. She touched my head in a weird way, then moved onto my back and lightly touched up and down, and I asked her to increase the pressure as I could barely feel anything. She kept doing her light touching. Next, she massaged the bottom portion of my legs (calf & foot only), and then told me the massage was over! She left the room and I didn't get a chance to ask why my upper legs and arms and hands were not massaged at all. It only made the whole thing worse! How do you not massage someone's full legs and arms? Also, not only did she start late because they had not prepared the room, but she clearly did not give me a full 50 min and i only realized it once I got to my locker and saw the time. To say I'm extremely upset is an understatement. This was absolutely unacceptable, and I was charged 96$ for this. I waited before posting my review on online platforms, in order to give the company a fair chance to redeem itself, but clearly they didn't care. Avoid this place - you can easily get excellent massages at better rates elsewhere.
