I've been here a few times and my stylist dresser was not bad. (Not amazing in terms of hair…read morestyling, but very friendly and it was enough that I kept coming back.)
I just called to make an appointment. The receptionist who answered didn't really speak English. I'm trying hard to learn French since I moved here, but it's a struggle. We both tried, but she eventually said "just a minute", put me on hold (presumably to get someone else), and then a couple minutes later the line was disconnected. It might have been a mistake, but I had similar difficulties before. I feel like an inconvenient customer for them, so I figure I will do both parties a favour and go elsewhere.
I should add that my boyfriend has been coming here for years and really likes it. Frankly, it's my own fault for living in Ahuntsic and the Ontario government's fault that I failed to learn French. It's a nice enough salon, but if you're in my situation, you might have an easier time elsewhere.
