I would buy a box of cigkogte which comes with all the greens & lavash and make your own wrap. If you are in the mood to skip the typical falafal wrap and try something new go for it! As a side note- 'Cig Kofte' (CHEE' kuf-TAY') is classic Turkish-style steak tartar, is made with very high quality, fat-free beef that is minced and kneaded together with fine bulgur, pepper and tomato paste, onion, garlic and a mixture of Turkish spices. It's a regional dish from the southeastern part of Turkey with a lot of history behind it. BUT this is all vegetarian and today many Cigkoftes are made this way due to higher health awareness.
