We have gone here for years. We have never ever had to wait 3 months for a appointment. This new doctor is not good at all. When I went to see her the first time I had to convince her of my problems. What doctor doesn't believe a patient needs. Not only that hoe lee retired because he didn't want learn the new technology that was going in. Which has fuck up every thing now that how the appointment are scheduled. Also and if you have a emergency they said to bad go to urgent care what kind of place Is this now . Very rude unprofessional staff. You walk in the door and are not greeted, your told to sit down and that's it. Very unorganized, was told I could be fit in "this" Wednesday and supposedly it was for another Wednesday that was not stated prior. Especially after explaining the health problems that I am currently going through and the urgency of needing to be seen by my PCP. The service was so terrible that I am literally going to call my insurance and change providers just to not deal with this outdated office. Also- I find it very odd that in 2022 this office does not give a reminder or confirmation text/call/email that you have or booked an appointment- since she misspoke about the date of my appointment this is why its important to have these reminders and/or confirmations. Also they use paper books still to book their appointments which makes them very disorganized in understanding who has an appointment or not. I noticed this as I was waiting for them to figure out my name, which day, I had and what appointment this woman actually scheduled me for. I scheduled my first appointment after my hospitalization prior to this one and received no confirmation or reminder. The heavy set girl who works the front desk especially was beyond rude, for a professional setting it's ridiculous the attitude that comes from this office. read more

I would NEVER recommend coming here as a patient this doctor has refused treatment on me several times knowing that I have had major brain surgery under his care. I needed a new primary care doctor and my son's doctor recommended Dr Le, he actually came highly recommend so I was not nervous about coming here. I used to have a good primary care doctor and after she left I haven't had much luck finding a replacement in the last few years. Even if the doctor is good, the staff are usually enough to make you not want to stay with the practice. I had a great experience here at Dr Le's office, something that is sorely lacking at the majority of medical offices today. Even when I called to make the first appointment, I was warmly greeted and offered a same week appointment! Imagine that, the person on the other side of the phone was friendly and willing to help me with my schedule, not the other way around. When I arrived to my appointment at the scheduled time, because I didn't have to be there early for paperwork (unlike other doctor's offices) I was greeted right away. Actually everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. Not a surly soul in sight. Very refreshing and such an amazing change of pace from the other doctor's offices I usually have to go to. I wasn't kept waiting either. I barely had time to finish my new patient paperwork before the doctor came in to see me. Dr Le is really friendly and very knowledgeable about insurance procedures. He's willing to do what is needed to get you the care you need. Obviously as a patient you have to do your part too though. I was also really pleased that he ordered blood work for me as my specialist doesn't do it, even though as he pointed out it should be done with the medication he is prescribing me. Dr Le is thorough and patient, excellent qualities in a physician. I was also told by the assistant that when they order tests, when the results come in the office will call with the results. Nobody does this anymore, they usually just make you come back for a follow up appointment to get them or you have to get an online account for access. I like that they actually make calls, rather than putting your medical information online or wasting your time with another appointment. The office is located in a shopping center, a couple blocks past the infamous Mary's Donuts. There's plenty of parking in the shared private lot. There's also a cupcake bakery nearby that looks interesting if you want to go into a diabetic coma. read more

I changed my primary to Dr.Le some time last year and I've never been happier. He is very attentive with his acute care and the office staff is on their toes when it comes to getting referrals. When it used to take me almost a month to get a referral at my last doctor it takes 2-3 days at this place! The places that the referrals take you are AMAZINGLY doctors! The front office staff are okay, if any complaints it's pretty much they don't seem to into their work lol but Dr. Le is such a good doctor! read more

Lovely sitting outside right now. Whoever the moron was who scheduled me told me the wrong DAY. She said Tuesday. Today. The lady in the front apparently isn't the one who made the appointment. So glad I missed work. A good doctor with shitty staff isn't going to do me any good if I never get to see him. Clearly there document of the schedule is oh so official, as she removed me from the schedule in PENCIL. How pointless to use pencil for schedules. I have no doubt it was the incompetent staff that ruined me seeing a doctor. I had to take time off work and I don't know when I'm going to be able to again. Thanks a lot for nothing! read more

Dr. Le is the best family doctor that we ever have. We have no problems with appointments. Staffs are friendly. What we love the most is Dr Le personally calls his patients to inform the result of their blood tests or radiology procedures. This is a rare thing to have these days. read more

I've only been twice, but both times were good experiences. The first time the wait was maybe 10 minutes, and that with filling out paperwork. I didn't get to see the Doc, but I did see the Nurse preactitioner, she was very nice and helpful. I got my perscription and a referral to a neurologist, headaches :( The second time I went I had a sinus infection and was in and out in about 10 minutes with a script for antibiotics and a pain reliever. I got a fungal infection cuz the antibiotics killed off the good bacteria. But I called in said what was going on and the Doc called the pharamacy and after work I swung by to pick up my newest script. Everyone was really nice and they are fast too. I will definatly go back the next time I get sick. read more

I've worked in doctors offices for over 15 years, including several years at The Mayo Clinic. That being said, I'm a little critical of the staff at any doctor I go to. Dr. Le's office is great. They get me in promptly and I don't have to wait once I'm there. They are all friendly and efficient. They get the referrals right away, even though I know it's a pain. Prescriptions are called in right away and they've even called in some for me without me having to come into the office. Dr. Le is friendly and actually listens to what you have to say, rather than doing a "doorway diagnosis" and rushing you out of the room. It's a long drive for me to go to his office, but I don't plan on changing doctors any time soon! read more

Usually, I had good experience at Dr. Le office when Lori is working, We've been Dr. Le patients for 10 years, and We love his passionate and care about his patients. Today, his front office/MA refused to see my father after waiting for his appointment three weeks. She stated that due to billing purposing, we can not see him because he does not have his new medicare card. I worked in a health facility, and aware that medicare member ID has been changed, and I do have his new member ID, and he still did not receive his card because we did not receive it yet. I would like to give this negative rate not because of the quality of care, but the poor customer services. I told her he is 72 years old and did not see his doctor for couple of months, but she does not care because seems that she care about money. Additionally, I asked her that we can pay cash, she denied because he has insurance and it is illegal to charge patient!!! read more

Dr Le is amazing. He's one of those doctors where he will take care of you and not give you any bs. I've been coming to him recently and he will definitely be my doctor for a while. I didn't know what to expect when I got new health insurance and my old doctor didn't take it. And I only had that doctor 4 years because in a previous insurance change my doctor didn't take that insurance. Dr Le is one of the few doctors in Santee that took my new insurance. I've just had my 3rd anual exam with Doctor Le and I am glad he takes my insurance. He is very thorough and answers all of your questions. He explains the reason for tests and procedures. His office staff is great too. They quickly follow-up with lab results and advise if you need to make a follow-up appointment. read more

I had seen an Internist on a regular basis but his staff was beyond rude and he didn't seem very interested in my health. I hadn't felt well for sometime. So after my friend suggested seeing Dr. Le, I went. His office surprised me because it is in a small shopping center. But don't be fooled by that. He discovered that I had a kidney stone ( not a urinary infection that two other doctors had been treating me for), diabeties and very high blood pressure. He sent me to a Urologist, who performed a lithotripsy to remove a huge stone, sent me for diabeties education and told me I needed to loose weight. He really explained the diabeties to me well. He is one of the best Doctors I have been to in the 67 years I have been alive!! We moved out of state but maintain my records in his office for any visits we make back in San Diego. Dr. Le is the absolute best! And his staff is also wonderful. They will help you, and do it with kindness. They are so efficient as well. I cannot recommend Dr. Le enough!!! read more
