Professionalism and added value ...Trung brought both of these to the job of changing the mount for a 65" TV installed over a fireplace. He responded very quickly (within 10 minutes) to a message sent to him very late at night and requested additional information he needed in order to provide an accurate quote. We scheduled an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Trung dismantled the previously mounted television and all peripheral equipment. He assembled the new mount and meticulously measured the TV, the new mount, and the wall space above the fireplace where the TV was to be remounted. The location of the wall stud, the size of the TV, and the type of mount I had purchased, necessitated the movement of an electrical outlet in order to center the TV above the fireplace. Trung was able to add this service (relocating the electrical outlet). Trung also took all of the peripheral equipment and attached it to the wall behind the TV, carefully hiding all of the wires and cords so that when the TV was re-hung on the new mount everything was carefully hidden behind the TV. When I get a bigger TV, I'll definitely be giving Trung a call for TV mounting service.
