The salad with dumplings was very fresh with a sweet-tart dressing; dumplings were crisp on the outside, tender and delicious on the inside.
My main course was bibimbap in a hot stone bowl. When it arrived at the table the bowl was still sizzling. The dish is rice topped with carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, green leafy vegetable, egg (this costs extra) and well seasoned pork. The food was bursting with colors, flavors, and textures, a real sensory experience. I rinsed the food down between bites with the rice wine *yummy*. To end the meal I had the green tea mochi; a chewy dough textured rice, encasing green tea ice cream. Overall the restaurant is very good, service is excellent, and don't forget to make a reservation to ensure you have a table.
Will definitely be back again.
