Barbara was wonderfully energetic practically running the wholes store single handedly. Really enjoy this place.

They opened a huge outlet location in the Tanger Mall and have some crazy discounted items. I'm sure throughout the years you had a nice set of wine glasses. My history, One broke at the stem, one broke while washing and one broke from dropping on the floor. So we both have mismatched glasses. Come out east with me to Williams-Sonoma outlet. I recently purchased (4) really nice new wine glasses, a replacement Waffle maker that I broke, An amazing Hot Chocolate mix and (4) highball glasses for NY whiskey that I purchased at the Empire Cellar Wine store. So what did we learn. Gadgets and Gizmos? They got plenty! I love this Outlet store most of all, its a hidden gem

The store is not well-lit though it's a barn so take it with a grain of salt. They have some unique items if you take a look. Came here last year during the pandemic after Mother's Day weekend, there were plenty of plants and vegetable plants to choose from. Guess not a lot of people came to buy plants last year so we got a unique items last year including black cherry tomatoes, yellow watermelon, various types of lavenders, and bunch of other plants. We took a chance on a dried up banana tree that was for $10 and gave it as a gift as well as the other items we brought ($4 each, I believe). The tree survived. It's currently thriving and we are waiting for the tree to produce bananas. Last year and this year they also had baby chicks in the greenhouse. It's makes my day to see the chicks and you know it's Springtime. We went again this year after Mother's Day weekend and there were a few places and vegetables available. I picked up lavender grotto ($5), citronella ($5), and some succulents ($10). No dying or last leg plants this year. The choices were more limited since folks came out to buy the fruits and vegetables early this year now that places are opening up again. Guess we need to go early.

We get many of our plants and vegetables from this farm since we try to eat mostly organic. Inside the barn they have a lot of interesting things so it's definitely worth taking a look around in there. They also have things for the kids to do and you can eat outside on their picnic benches. It's a nice place to visit while you're driving down Sound Avenue. I recommend stopping and checking this place out.

It's clear this farm has been around for decades and they take care of their environment. I was just looking for a few mums but they had such an amazing collection and the colors were off the charts, that I ended up purchasing five of them!! The fruits and vegetables looked gorgeous as well, needless to say I couldn't resist the ripe tomatoes, as well as the fresh corn, and, of course, the watermelon! I was also lucky enough to score some apple cider from one of the other local farms that was being sold here and some homemade cider donuts! I love that the owners share their venue with other local vendors. For example, they also sold homemade mozzarella and farm fresh eggs from other farmers! Some of the other vegetables sold were cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, white potatoes, and lettuce, to name just a few!! Boy did I get my money's worth!! I was thrilled to support our local businesses and did my part in helping the economy!!LOL!!

The food... so good. Sweet LI corn is the best. If you see it, stop and grab a few things. You'll be glad you did! Note: they take card! Bonus: they have a CSA and a VIP club if you want veggies on the reg or end up being a regular customer
