But, the staff is friendly and helpful, if you find them. Some are knowledgeable, some are less. One sales person didn't know what is Liquitex in a paint section... I wish that they have more choice and variety of products. They don't have many of what is available on the market. Some regular products such as TriArt Titanium White (!) are missing in the store for months. They say it's on back order, but it is more likely that no one is taking a good care of the inventory and order products BEFORE they run out of them. Overall it's a good store with flaws. This review is not to put the store down, but to be heard (maybe) by Management, so they can make improvements.

I found the service expensive (more than than the paintings themselves) but I have no basis of comparison and that might just be the market price for this type of work! They then followed up with me to make sure the plexi was the right size which I had been worried about and offered to provide a free cut at no charge if I needed it.
