The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If they don't know the answers to my questions (I always have so many!) they usually will direct me to the right person. I find the prices are a bit high, relative to other stores and online. They do have some random liquidation items sprinkled around the store, too, so depending on what kind of art or crafts you do, sometimes it is easy to find some really cheap supplies. I give 3 stars because sometimes it's difficult to find a sales person to help you or to answer your question. Now, that I am a very frequent customer, I know my way around the store and often go search for what I need in drawers. Next time, I guess, I will have to break store rules and go on ladder myself to get the canvas from the top shelves, instead of running around searching for available sales person. But, the staff is friendly and helpful, if you find them. Some are knowledgeable, some are less. One sales person didn't know what is Liquitex in a paint section... I wish that they have more choice and variety of products. They don't have many of what is available on the market. Some regular products such as TriArt Titanium White (!) are missing in the store for months. They say it's on back order, but it is more likely that no one is taking a good care of the inventory and order products BEFORE they run out of them. Overall it's a good store with flaws.
