Basically you mix it with the vegetable pot of soup and then it becomes a big paste. It's like oatmeal meets thanksgiving in my mind - but much tastier than that sounds. The couscous is really good. The vegetables and lamb were great. All of the vegetables are super tasty. Olives, peas, carrots, potatoes, artichokes, lemons, zucchini. Our waiter was very kind and showed us how to eat it right. We were three people and we ordered three dishes. Way too much food! Big big portions. Got the rest to go. Whole meal about 60€

On the recommendation of the waiter, we got a pitcher of the house wine. The wine was pretty good, not too tannic and very pleasant. The food arrived and it was incredible. The portion are huge, the semoule is home-made! Yes the chef is making his own superfine semoule. The rest of the couscous was equally good, it's one of the best I ever had outside of Algeria or Tunisia.
