Basically you mix it with the vegetable pot of soup and then it becomes a big paste. It's like oatmeal meets thanksgiving in my mind - but much tastier than that sounds. The couscous is really good. The vegetables and lamb were great. All of the vegetables are super tasty. Olives, peas, carrots, potatoes, artichokes, lemons, zucchini. Our waiter was very kind and showed us how to eat it right. We were three people and we ordered three dishes. Way too much food! Big big portions. Got the rest to go. Whole meal about 60€

It also offers a prix fixe option of 28 or 29 euros that gives you a choice of appetizer, a choice of couscous or tagines and a fresh orange salad for dessert. The rest of the couscous was equally good, it's one of the best I ever had outside of Algeria or Tunisia.
