Some pieces of beef were more tender than others, but isn't that how it always goes with a stew? My husband had their house mussels and he said the sauce was so good. Again, the portion was large and he really enjoyed his mussels in Brussels. Overall, it was a solid pick that satisfied our need to try signature Belgian dishes and our son's desire to stick with food he is familiar with.
