The eggplant was too salty, there was a stem of an eggplant in the dish, and there was not enough seasoning on the tuna. The tomato 'relish' from the virgin sauce was a nice touch. However, it also looked like an overstacked mess and it ate kind of confused too - it grew on me and then lost me. The tuna was slightly pink, a small portion, and overcooked.
