Perfect place to learn or master (mostly French) cooking techniques…read more
I went with 3 girlfriends and we had a table all to ourselves to cook a 3-course meal:
pea soup with quail eggs, beef served with avocado, mango and veggies and peach cobbler.
The dishes were modern while staying a bit traditional. The room was very clean and new as well.
The instructor was patient and gave good explanations, showing first what to do, of course.
It was so cool to each have a task (like one peeling the veggies, one chopping the onion, etc.). There must have been 5 other 3/4 people groups - it was during an evening.
At the end of cooking everything, when you eat the awesome meal in the store next to the cooking area, you feel satisfied of your homemade creations - even better to share it with friends! There is an option to enjoy the meal with some wine.
You can also go at lunch time to cook just "the meal of the day", it's a much shorter and cheaper class!
This place is very cool and I can't wait to come back with my husband :-)
