I had found a lovely Dutch oven I had wanted and it was 40% off. Since I didn't have cash to cover the purchase I had them hold it for me as I would come back. They kindly held it until my return. I had this brand of pots before. Greatly quality and made in France. I chose a beautiful Marine Blue to go with my kitchen. They have a beautiful selection of all things Le Creuset. Definitely will be back as the staff here are so nice and helpful. The prices are the lowest anywhere for this brand.

There are 3 clearance centers in the country, one outside of Washington DC, Yemessee SC and this store. The lady working in the store was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I are going to be going room to room and update everything. Today I was in search of a powder room sink. I walked in and looked around for about 10 minutes without one person acknowledging I was even there. I believe there was 3 customers in the showroom total. Actually, one of those customers asked a worker if there was something she could do to get some assistance for me. You don't have to have appointments, but they don't allow for those that weren't aware that it is best to have an appointment. I was told " I don't have time to return calls or answer my emails. Let me see if my coworker has an appointment right now." Spoke to the manager. Wasn't too concerned since I had already told him he lost my business. He said "I guess there isn't anything I can do if your mind is made up." He could have cared less. Just stood there looking at me with a blank stare.
