The owner is incredibly rude, I was unimpressed with the food during my visit. Would never visit again.

Live jazz on a saturday night. Very good, intimate feel and relaxed. Definitely a neighborhood bar…read moreworth seeking if you want good jazz, good drinks, good people and good prices. Good mix of jazz versions of the american song book ("Can't take my eyes off you") in english, and French jazz standards ("C'est si bon"). And you haven't lived until you've heard "big wheels keep on turning" in French. Guys, this makes globalization worth it. Tourists welcome, although rare when i came. I was the only one. Someone in the audience came up and sang "hit the road jack" so well i'd buy it on iTunes. The house went crazy with applause. We all sang along to "La vie en rose". Call and response on scatting. Talent and fun all night long. Beers and wine were the same prices i've seen everywhere else (except along the Siene) for standard offerings (Affligem, recent vintage Bordeaux, big Rhones, etc). Not sure what other posters are talking about, i didn't see anything over 5 EUR for 12-14cl wines / 25cl beers. Actually that's pretty cheap for Paris. A great find i can't recommend enough!

A cool very intimate jazz club good for a night out. They do not offer food and it's rather cramped…read morequarters leaving one feeling slightly claustrophobic. The music was fantastic and we enjoyed it.

The music was good and will be appreciated by a jazz lover, however the food was really tasteless…read more The price was astronomical for something we couldn't even eat. We spent 158 euros. The service was just ok. I recommend to go in for a drink and enjoy the show, which is what most of the people there did. Big mistake in our part.

Super cool little bar, with an even cooler Jazz club in the basement…read more There's a small curved bar, with a 1/2 dozen seats or so on the main floor. Manned by a hipper than hip pony-tailed and expert barman, and seated with a fun and lively bunch of fellow patrons, the music wafts up unimpeded from the venue below. Below, in the cellar, is a shotgun style hallway staged for performances at the far end. Tables line the walls the full way. The view of the stage is a bit tricky, with a curve at the end of the hall, though this is helped with the addition of closed circuit TV cameras and small monitors throughout. The acoustics, and the music performance itself that we had enjoyed, were pretty darn fantastic. Fun, quirky little place. I understand the acts tend toward New Orleans style Jazz, nothing wrong with that as far as I'm concerned. They are certainly set up for dinner concert seatings, but we had no trouble just ordering drinks. Drinks at $20 ea include the concert fee, additional drinks are $10 or so. A prix fixe dinner menu that includes the concert fee is 50EU. Drinks upstairs are an even cheaper option, and the music can be heard just fine. A little Jazz in Paris, just right, just right indeed.
