Wifey and I shared a lovely meal here. They have 2 or 3 tables outside on the patio and more inside.
The location is ideal, a block from the clock tower in old town.
Service was very friendly.
She had the bacon wrapped scallops with bacon wrapped prunes. It was superb. The scallops were cooked perfectly and delicious. The sweetness of the dried fruit matched perfectly with the savory seafood and smokey bacon.
I had the flank steak, which was cooked properly, although fairly bland. Both dishes came with a small serving of excellent golden fries and a meager salad (shredded romaine, over-dressed, and gone in 2 or 3 forkfuls).
For dessert we shared a chocolate mousse that was excellent, and thankfully a generous portion, because I could have gobbled it all up otherwise.
Very nice dinner, for a reasonable price. Definitely recommended. read more
