This place is kind of strange. It's a bed & breakfast located in a mixed-use building. You have to walk up several flights of stairs to get to the bed & breakfast itself.
Once you get up there, it's pretty nice. It's clean, and the woman who runs the place is very nice. She speaks French, Italian, and English.
It's about a ten-minute walk to the old city. This place is delightfully clear of the dreaded ZTL zones. Parking is a bit hectic, but there is pay & display nearby that you can use while you scope out free parking along the streets. Be careful about street sweeping signs. You'll get a €40 ticket for disobeying them.
