This is another amazing indulgent dish full of cheese, cream and potatoes. Onions and bacon provide the flavor . It was so decadent and filling and just like comfort food. Then the star of the show which happens right at your table. The Raclette. The warming instrument is easy to use and you keep melting the cheese as you want it. The one we chose came with potatoes and veggies so you basically drizzle the melted cheese on top of those and eat it. It was a fun process and we ate a good chunk of it between 3 of us. It was a delicious strong cheese and I loved it in top of the potatoes. To say we were full after this feast was an understatement . Cheese heaven. This is reason enough to come to Lyon. The charcuterie meats were nice thin cuts with great flavor and the smokiness paired super well with the melty salty cheese along with the soft pillowy potatoes Scraping the heated melty cheese onto the plate and quickly enjoying the combination of flavors, temperatures, and textures was so exciting and fun!
