Location
Center of town, in the "Viña Plan" area, close to shopping and the busy Calle Valparaiso.
Food
As the name suggests, this cafe specializes in French cuisine. For dinner they offered a prix fixe menu that included: appetizer, entree, and dessert.
I had french onion soup as my starter and a fish entree with creme brulee for dessert. It was all fine. It was neither outstanding nor terrible. I can see how it may be difficult to find french ingredients in Chile. They also offer macarons which an be purchased to go.
Atmosphere/decor
The restaurant is small, dark, and quaint. The dining space is cozy and if you sit near the bar it can be a bit noisy as drinks are made with a blender.
Service
Service was attentive. There weren't very many customers in the place on the evening we were there so maybe that helped.
Recommendation
Didn't leave an impact one way or another. I would go back to try something else. read more
