Not used to getting such a bad value from a meal at a French restaurant. For €16.50 (about $20) I got the Grand Montagne plate, supposedly a "big" plate for a hearty appetite of selections from the mountains. It was composed of 4 slices of prosciutto, about 6 leaves of lettuce, two quarters of a tomato, a few fried dumpling stuffed with potato and onion or spinach (truly the only thing that separated this plate from a sandwich without the bread. My girlfriend ordered a Mozzarella appetizer, which was essentially a chunk of breaded and fried mediocre mozzarella plopped atop a few leaves of lettuce. She also ordered a plate of Fettuccini Gorgonzola, which was edible, but nothing one wouldn't find in any fast food rest stop on the side of a highway. All in all one of the very worst values I've ever encountered in a restaurant in my entire life. read more
