During the last session, she kept telling me she had to leave right after the session to beat traffic. She literally left the office right behind me and sped off in her car. It didn't feel like counseling - I felt like I was chit-chatting with my judgmental aunt or something.

Keridwyn provided practical, immediately applicable tools that helped me regain control of my body in high-pressure moments, which alone would have been invaluable. What set her apart, however, was the depth and rigor of her approach. She didn't treat my fear as a surface-level confidence issue; she approached it as a complex, layered pattern shaped over decades. With intellectual precision and care, she helped me understand the underlying drivers of my anxiety and systematically worked through them. No aspect was overlooked. The result was not just improved performance, but a meaningful rewiring of how I relate to public speaking altogether. I HIGHLY recommend her!
