LCR plumbing supply in West Monroe is the absolute worst plumbing supply facility in this market area. A complete absence of customer service. They will charge you twice the price, with zero help when there is the slightest issue with the products they provide. After completing an extensive remodel, I do not recommend LCR. read more

We were building a small cottage for our parents and after going to the big box stores we tried surplus warehouse. The prices were significantly lower, the quality was equal or better and the staff were ready to help us at a moments notice. We were able to buy interior doors, faucets, kitchen cabinets, flooring, baseboards, cabinet pulls, countertops, and so much more. We purchased something by mistake and had to return it, it was very easy to return items with a receipt.

We chose to go ahead and use them, because a neighbor gave the recommendation (Will follow gut next time). The lead guy for the company called the night before asking if him & his crew could stay in our guest house...what?! What professional company would ever ask to do such a thing? Of course we declined their request. They arrived the next morning at the agreed time, and proceeded to make their breakfast in MY kitchen....again, who does that? Not only did they make breakfast, they brought grocery bags in, with lunch preparations that would need to be cooked. Just the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered with a company. As you can figure, I was floored!! Not to mention the extreme mess left behind, from their work AND meal prep. Long story short, seemed to do a decent enough job on the insulation, but the professionalism certainly was NOT there! I surely hope they don't do this in everyone's home!

I can not express enough how highly that recommend this company! Not only is the work done to the…read morehighest quality, but the owner and all of his employees display class, professionalism, & integrity! We used Dustin Christy and his team when we began new construction four years ago. His prices were fair, and he was always prompt and on time. The work began and was completed in the estimate given when he was hired. Dustin went above and beyond during the process making himself available after hours for all of our questions and even worked several late nights to ensure he was able to keep his commitment to the originally agreed upon time frame. This year we had some slight issues that were easily resolved. Dustin was quick to drop everything to come inspect then make arrangements to come and repair FOR FREE! He was at our home several hours and left it just as clean as he found it. After all his hard work and my persistence he still would not accept payment. Dustin has our respect and business for life! If you are looking for a reputable company where your word is still everything- please trust this needs to be your first choice.

They damaged our gate going into the back yard and didn't fix it, leaving us to pay for that, too. We had 7 instances where we called and nobody ever called back or they said they'd come and didn't. Very little consideration for us or our time. At one point, a crew came to finish the job but told us the first crew did it wrong and they had to redo what they messed up. For what you pay to have this work done (20k plus), you'd think they'd treat you better. Can not recommend them, we submit this review with hopes of preventing others enduring such awful service.

WOW!! is what comes to mind when I think of LEVEL TECH, Wow!…read more MY STORY: A friend helped me with a foundation inspection issue as a favor. He worked this foundation company, and could ONLY provide the scale drawing of my foundation as a favor. However, my problem was locating an engineer or foundation company to explain the scale drawing. After calling several companies, each said they would be happy to conduct the foundation inspection, but no one was will to simply review/explain the drawing I had in hand. God felt sorry for me, so the next call I made was to LEVEL TECH. Trey answered the phone. He explained the repair process, as well as, gave advice on "shady" quick fixes too. He was knowledgeable, professional, and made the explanation "kindergarten" simple to understand. Especially you LADIES, if you have foundation problems, give LEVEL TECH your consideration. I recommend this company to anyone with foundation issues. Thanks LEVEL TECH!!

I hate the our deal went south at the last minute. Frank did a miraculous job at trying to save it, but as they say in business timing is everything. I am so sorry the "yeah me" came out due to the interesting timing of our deal and I became completely unmotivated. He knows the Ruston / Lincoln parish market like no other and gets the job done and we would have had a deal had the state legislature not taken action to right a grievous wrong against the People of Louisiana right in the middle of our transaction. If you want a professional to handle your real estate sale, I urge you to consider Today's Realty Inc. and Frank Codero he is the best I have ever seen.
