Where do I start...? Company pitched their service like a used car salesman, which was kind of concerning from jump. We chose to go ahead and use them, because a neighbor gave the recommendation (Will follow gut next time). The lead guy for the company called the night before asking if him & his crew could stay in our guest house...what?! What professional company would ever ask to do such a thing? Of course we declined their request. They arrived the next morning at the agreed time, and proceeded to make their breakfast in MY kitchen....again, who does that? Not only did they make breakfast, they brought grocery bags in, with lunch preparations that would need to be cooked. Just the most bizarre situation I have ever encountered with a company. As you can figure, I was floored!! Not to mention the extreme mess left behind, from their work AND meal prep. Long story short, seemed to do a decent enough job on the insulation, but the professionalism certainly was NOT there! I surely hope they don't do this in everyone's home! read more

I can not express enough how highly that recommend this company! Not only is the work done to the highest quality, but the owner and all of his employees display class, professionalism, & integrity! We used Dustin Christy and his team when we began new construction four years ago. His prices were fair, and he was always prompt and on time. The work began and was completed in the estimate given when he was hired. Dustin went above and beyond during the process making himself available after hours for all of our questions and even worked several late nights to ensure he was able to keep his commitment to the originally agreed upon time frame. This year we had some slight issues that were easily resolved. Dustin was quick to drop everything to come inspect then make arrangements to come and repair FOR FREE! He was at our home several hours and left it just as clean as he found it. After all his hard work and my persistence he still would not accept payment. Dustin has our respect and business for life! If you are looking for a reputable company where your word is still everything- please trust this needs to be your first choice. read more
