Instead, they copied each drive in its ENTIRETY to my external hard drive. The point was so I could quickly and easily access all of my photos in ONE PLACE. I have the same problem I had before I entered their business. I still have to click through tons of files to locate the photos on each individual drive. I could have copied and pasted the whole drives myself. I agreed to pay them per hour for their labor at $80 an hour. The total came to $295.38 for 3 hours plus other fees. I happily paid them. When I called to ask if they would try again and do the job I requested, Mike told me he already gave me a "deal because they actually put 6 hours of work into this instead of 3 and didnt charge me for the extra". Listen, if you would have billed me for 6 hours I would have paid for 6 hours. I did not ask for any favors. Mike said he would have to charge me additional labor to "reorganize" everything if I brought it back in. I shouldn't have paid them a dollar. They did NOT provide the services I requested to begin with. I will not pay for labor they did wrong to begin with. Example: If I pay a mechanic to change my tire but he spent the time rotating and balancing my existing tires instead... I would not be expected to pay him for the labor again. He spent his time doing the wrong thing. Not my fault.

I did business with this place because they had the cheapest price and I couldn't afford others. Here's my experience. Left a laptop and phone with CRC. Gentleman was extremely soft spoken but, kind of anxious. Told him what I need and he sounded confident he could fix with ease. I can have your laptop ready by Monday and I'll order new screen for phone should take a day or two to get here. Monday comes around no answer. He posted on site that due to New Year Eve and Day hours may be adjusted. OK.. I just wanted to leave a message for someone to call me when they did arrive. Couldn't leave message because box was full. Ok...a few days later I visit shop. Laptop was ready but, he never saved my items like I asked him to. Thank goodness I backed up my items on the cloud. The computer moves much faster so I'm grateful he was able to repair it. As for phone.....He stated that screen should come in today for your phone. I informed the gentleman that I will give him until tomorrow and if the screen didn't come in to call me. That was probably Jan 3. It's Jan 14 and I finally retrieve my phone.
