I gave my girl $60 on her birthday to get her nails done and has never came home so upset with them. She got french tips and showed the technician a photo of the shape and stuff that she wanted. She noticed they were much thicker than she wanted them and informed the guy. He shaved off pretty much nothing and left the nails crooked as well. She actually told me and I quote, "oh my gosh I want to KMS with the ugly f*cking things." Now I'm out $60 and I didn't even make my girlfriend happy. read more

Love the pedicures there. Not knowledgeable on manicures as I've only had a natural one. Was not impressed with the manicure because I like to be pampered. The pedicure fits the bill for that. read more

If they ask you to deposit $20 for an appointment, don't count on getting that money back if you cancel way in advance or need to reschedule. They don't even let you know all the information about depositing your money to hold your appointment spot. The lady didn't mention ANYTHING about how it's non-refundable. She wrote my "receipt" on a gift certificate making it seem like you can use it for another day if you don't use it same day. Which is crap because I basically paid them money for NOTHINGa. I'm not sure if this is how it was before COVID, but I definitely won't be coming back. I didn't even get any services done, which is the crazy part. This initial transaction was it for me. This place is ridiculous. Worst nail tips I have ever had. I called to tell him I was very unhappy and he told me to go somewhere else have them do o e hand and compare which one is better?. I spent 146$ their and the staff were rude, non talkative except for their language. Which is fine if they actually had good customer service. I called my credit card company and told them I was not happy with my nails. My feet were ok. Do not go here you will leave feeling ripped off. read more

While I love my nails every time I walk out of here, it always takes forever. I'm in here for at least two hours every single time I come. Even with an appointment I will end up waiting at least 30 mins extra before someone will even see me. If they couldn't take me at my said appt time why would they say they could? I think they just need a receptionist or something to make sure these situations don't occur again. It's such a shame because the work they do is amazing. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give LCN Nails a positive review. I had high hopes for this salon but left very disappointed. I had the "Sensitive Pedicure " this was 31.00 and included a mask for your legs. I have had this done in other salons. The actual time spent was short. The mask I received was a smear of product, it didn't remotely cover my legs. I actually thought it was something else because of the ridiculous amount of product. At the end I asked her if she was going to do the mask and she said she did. Oh well!! I made the mistake of getting my eyebrows waxed, well I have very little eyebrows left. I have been doing this my entire adult life and this was somebody without experience. I hope they grow back. 41.00 spent and very unhappy. I only gave 1 star because the salon was clean. The people were not too friendly and the nail polish choices were slim. Warning: This place is horrible towards their customers with attitude,service & bumping people in front of others. waited one hr and 10 minutes for a pedicure for this other lady with NO appointment to go before me. Nene & Jr got mad when I questioned it and said I could leave if Im too busy. How rude!! It wasnt that I was too busy that upset me, it was the other person being bumped before me after I waited one hr & 10 minutes to be seen. Keep in mind the other person only waited 10 minutes. When I asked the lady if she had appointment she said NO!! Thats when I got upset. It was my first time going and it will be my LAST!! Terrible! First thing the lady did was cut my nails off. She never asked me. No, I didn't want short, short nails. Very thin gel. Nail tips not uniform. Rude behavior. I asked questions & she didn't answer me. I then asked louder. She finally answered me. Then workers started talking in Chinese. Of course I could tell they were talking about me. Rude! I went back less than a week later with torn nails. Nails were so thin they ripped & peeled off. The guy started to just put gel on ripped nail. I said to him it needed a new tip & then gel. I thought he was mad at me for correcting him. He did fix it then. I went to Fantasy nails for a complete fix. Barney is the best! I'll stay with fantasy nails from now on. read more

I just had an absolutely horrible experience at this nail salon. I arrived at 9:45 and was the first customer. I asked for a gel fill-in and pedicure. The pedicure was started immediately and the nail tech finished around 10:30. A few other customers came in and the 2 techs that perform fill ins were busy. Around 11:30, the guy who sits in the first chair Jr, finished up with his customer. He turns on the nail dryer and asked me to go over there to let my toes dry. Five minutes later, he walks up to me and said, "We're not going to be able to do your nails. We can't do them like you want it." I was puzzled and didn't think I understood what he was saying. The other customers that were there were equally as puzzled. He went on to say that me and my daughter are never satisfied and they don't want to do my nails. This guy clearly had me mixed up with some of his other customers because he has never done my nails. Please take your money elsewhere because they certainly aren't a professional establishment. read more

Absolutely horrible service. I arrived when they first opened. Asked for a pedicure and gel fill-in. Pedicure was started right away. Customers begin to fill in and they started getting busy. Sat for an hour after pedicure only to be told by JR the owner that they couldn't do my nails.
