If they haven't answered the phone directly, the response has come back in a couple of hours. For quotes they have been slightly below others in the vicinity. Returning seemed easy, until I got an incredibly rude call from the douch nozzle who works at this place. He knew absolutely nothing about the U-Haul Self-Dispatch service, despite being a U-Haul location and asked me where I was from, laughing when I told him from the same exact state. I moved 20 miles. Instead of calling U-Haul and finding out how he's supposed to run his business, he took his ignorance out on me.

My husband was one to always take extra care of his stuff. He would not have put his stuff anywhere that wasn't nice. To make a long story short. My husband passed away. I found the info that he had on what storage units he had and how much it was. I went to I-5 mini storage to pay the next months rent. I informed them of my husband passing. The voiced their sorrow on how they enjoyed meeting my husband. Then they told me that they were not charging me for the next months rent. They did not have to do this. It was so gracious and heartfelt. Recommend this place for the great storage units and the great personal.
