I rented a U-Haul and picked it up via the U-Haul Self-Dispatch service. Through this service, you…read morepick the truck up and return it through the U-Haul app following the instructions given to you. Picking up was so easy; had zero issues. Returning seemed easy, until I got an incredibly rude call from the douch nozzle who works at this place. He knew absolutely nothing about the U-Haul Self-Dispatch service, despite being a U-Haul location and asked me where I was from, laughing when I told him from the same exact state. I moved 20 miles. Instead of calling U-Haul and finding out how he's supposed to run his business, he took his ignorance out on me.
