If I was running a few days late, they gave me a grace period. If I had to ask to skip a month once a year, that was cool. Then Titan took over and loyalty doesn't mean a damned thing to them! I was promised the price for the rent was locked in by the old owners; Titan took over and raised it three times in as many years. This last time it was going to be raised $35! They know I'm on a tiny fixed income and they know what my financial situation is but they refused to make any allowances whatsoever, so now I'm loosing a lot of heirlooms because of their greed! NO, I would NEVER recommend them!!!

My first attempt to get an access code I should have known they stink at being in office. The sign said will return at 1400 hours--an HOUR & A HALF from when I was in the parking lot. I understand at storage I you have work to do outside of the office BUT AN HOUR & A HALF?!?! I have only been trying to find them in office to fill out vacate paperwork because they can NOT meet my needs--I haven't even received an access code but they have my $$$. Finally emailed tonight for whatever paperwork I need to sign to NEVER have to try finding someone in office again for the rest of my entire life. Wonder if they will answer email since they fail at answering the phone.

Had to get a storage today and this place was relatively close. When I went into the office the…read moremasks were required which in my opinion are a joke but I complied what I thought was very funny About this because they wanted credit card only because They didn't want to handle cash. That's all fine and dandy however not once did I see her sanitize her hands and yet she took my credit card and my license without any kind of sanitation. Honestly if I wasn't so pressed for time I would've left and not rented. They also had marketing questions that I had to answer before they can complete the contract. I do not like that I think that's totally wrong so so far I have a bad taste in my mouth about this place

They cut the lock changed off my unit after talking to one of their "representatives" letting her…read moreknow I would pay on Monday! It's Saturday they still cut off my lock and put theirs on! So I called this so called "rep" asking why my lock was cut off she says as soon as I pay on Monday they'll remove their lock! (Ok so why cut mine off at all?) So it's still Saturday and I tell her I wanted to pay it then, I give her my card info, my payment goes through and she tells me the manager will contact me when he gets around to remove my lock. I told her no I wanted it removed now. (I was on the property when I made the arrangements to pay Monday and so was the manager in fact he seen me in my unit. He waited for me to leave the facility bc when I returned a couple hrs later was when I noticed my lock was gone! Representative tells me she will have him get bak to me!! Manager texts me the code to remove their lock (Ok what about my lock that he cut off??) Upon returning to their shit facility, my gate code no longer works!!! Wth??? So I called another facility to ask why they would do this and if it was legal?? He believes the only reason they would do this was so that they could have the extra amount of time they would need to finish going through my unit to take what they wanted!! Definitely calling an Attorney first thing tomorrow morning!!!
