A day before the scheduled consultation they tell me it's going to take 2+ hours, and that I should reschedule if I don't enough time tomorrow. I let them know that doesn't seem proportionate to the the job requested, that I'm watching a toddler full-time and I was expecting a 10-15 minute meeting to do measurements and confirm they can work with our system.
