When I questioned the the person who performed my service she said it was 45 minutes, then I reminded her that my appointment began at 11:15 and she replied saying she didn't do as much massage because of my shunt or she would have done another 10 minutes of massage. I told her about the shunt before we started and said that massage is fine, it's actually good for me but not to massage the shunt. I went here on a groupon (3 facials for $79) and I'm talking to them now to refund me for the other two since I do not want to go back ever.

I am a divorced women and living and making money is really hard these day's . I had a hard time gathering this money for myself to do this . Well I asked her for my contract she ignored me . I asked her again today and this is her answer. ( below I will tex a copy of her tex to me) now she tex me saying she is not there but she actually wanted to send her a non refundable 100 dollars which you probably would not see her after that as well. Do not even waist your time with her. She is not good she will charge you 500 and promise you all these stuff get your money and gets lost when something goes wrong. I accidentally booked the wrong appointment for combo brows. Which was my mistake. However, immediately after booking the appt I messaged her informing her of this mistake so that it could be corrected prior to the appt and with advanced notice. The day of the appointment she peformed the combo brows apparently she didn't read the message from February 2nd. To correct her own mistake she did not charge my mother for the combo brows. Where things went south are as follows: after leaving the appointment Ashley Nicole sent my mother A message saying, " So there is no confusion for next time, if you decide to get a touch up, 6-8 weeks is $50,9-12 weeks is $100. Upon attempting to book the touch up for my mother Ashley Nicole sent her a message stating she was declining the appointment because I was booking it booking it incorrectly. In addition she stated that because of the language barrier it was her right to refuse service to my mother. 1st of all there was no language barrier as I myself booked the appointment and followed her instructions. Screenshots attached. 2nd of all I'm curious if she will discriminate against any customer not fluent in English. In addition to the bad service, her Microblading skills are not recommended as well. This is blatantly disrespectful and this type of service should not be tolerated in any business that aims to provide services to the community it resides in.
