I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. He helped me file for both my small businesses-real estate and photography, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend him!

Which is by no means her fault. But when I sought out for guidance on recommended approaches to avoid paying out so much i get vague, short, and unclear responses. Example: "pay more each pay check", or "up 401 some".. for someone like myself who is not knowledgeable on taxes and assuming the "personalized bookkeeping" would give me somewhat specifics she has failed to do that. 2016 will be my last my year using her.
