ZERO STARS if I could. My mother (70 years old) and I went to this dealership as potential customers and left having to call the police because the owner became hostile, aggressive, and racially abusive for absolutely no reason. The moment the owner noticed my mother's Nigerian accent, his demeanor changed completely. He became irate and verbally abusive, repeatedly claiming that "Nigerians are scammers" and making derogatory comments about Nigerians based on his personal grievances from his past. None of that had anything to do with us -- we were simply there to look at a vehicle. His behavior escalated so severely that I recorded the entire incident and contacted local law enforcement to de-escalate the situation and protect my elderly mother. Let me be clear: * This was racist * This was misogynistic * This was disrespectful and dangerous * And this was completely unacceptable behavior for any business owner I am a licensed psychologist, and I have never witnessed such unchecked hostility toward customers -- especially toward an elderly woman -- based solely on ethnicity and accent. I will never spend a dime at a business that treats people this way. If you value your safety, dignity, and basic human respect, do not support this dealership. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated anywhere -- especially from someone operating a business in this country. I have posted the video on social media as well as on Google and yelp! read more

I wish I could give less than 1 star. I bought a car for my son as a senior year gift. I looked at different cars but they seemed to have good deals. I told them I needed a reliable nice car. I purchased a car he assured me would last rather than the one my son wanted that looked better. The car was priced at 8800.00. He gave a discount since I paid cash and I thought it was a good deal, however the car didn't last long at all. It went off WHILE my son was driving it on the hwy and never came back on after driving just a few over 1,000 miles. I had it towed to the mechanic and found out it was the engine. I went to the dealership and he was so rude and mocked me. Told me too bad I already bought the car and even laughed as I expressed how I spent all my money on a car that didn't last long and my son needed it to for college. I still got no help. Please do not buy from here if you cant afford to throw money In the trash. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER! They are nice when you're about to buy the car, but after that they don't care about you anymore. Nothing about what they said about the car is true, they said the only problem with the car is the radio but everything is wrong with it. We have spend money to get things fix, the break, the tire, the battery one month after buying the car but the car stop in the middle on us driving in the freeway. The guy is super rude, i was standing outside the door because the car is under my sisters name, I asked him if it's ok I talk to him even thought my sister is not there yet, he said it's ok. But when I was telling him the problem he does not want to talk to me anymore. I WAS SUPER NICE TO HIM I said one sentence and that's it, he wouldn't shut his mouth, wouldn't let me say a thing. His saying his canceling the warranty because it wasn't suppose to come with it, when I made sure it's included before we bought the car. I still do not know why his so mad, when I went there super nicely. I came there for help and he threaten to cancel my warranty when it's not over yet. He keep mentioning how I am only paying $800 to get the car fix it's better than $6000. I wanted to work with them to come out with something to fix and I didn't even have no oppo I couldn't talk to him anymore so I started talking to the lady that sold us the car, I told her I can't speak to him he wouldn't let me talk she said "Unfortunately his the maneger" I was still talking to her, she said "let me just close my car door cuz my kids is there" and then she drove off. read more

Horrible service.. do not waste your time. I have been calling daily for about a week. Several times a day and get no answer. Trust the reviews. Except the one from Peter A. This is definitely not a 5 star car lot, they are clearly lying on behalf of the car lot. I'm glad I stopped here to still see the reviews following my negative experience. Reviews and testimonies are everything, especially in car buying business in Houston !! read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. Look at the other reviews! I had the exact same experience. The salesman does a good job selling you the car but not telling you about the known issues. read more

I've purchased a handful of cars from Mike directly. Matter in fact, I've personally worked with him for years and he is by far the best car owner I've worked with ever. I'm no longer in the car business, but Mike always took care of me. No matter what, he was there as a mentor and as a friend. If you come with people with respect and gratitude, usually they return the favor. I recommend Mike to all my friends and family that are looking for a very AFFORDABLE PRICED used car. Most will sell you flood cars and up the price, I know I was in the industry for a decade. Mike is square business in my book and always will have a loyal customer for life. read more

Quite poor customer service first of all. We called the day prior letting them know we would be coming by in the morning to look at a car, and they said come on by. The next morning we got there and he tells us his wife is out driving the car and will be back in two hours so we planned our day in the area to later return. We came back around six hours later and his wife was still out with the car and no plans on returning. Really just turned out being a waste of our time going there. read more

pure lemons on the lot, went to check out an older car, as expected didn't look too great on the outside but as i got closer and inspected. rusted axles, the back window being held together by duck tape, power windows didn't work, car reeked of weed/cigarette smoke. trash left in the vehicle. car gets pulled up instant heat i figured okay it's hot outside after a while of messing with the AC then the salesman banged on the bottom of the glove compartment when the AC line is i'm guessing then it turns on. when wheel was turned at all a huge thump. drove down the street and back instantly knew it was a waste of time and a terrible car, horrible lot. although sales people were decent a little rude on the phone but it's not a big deal. read more

I purchased a 2008 subaru legacy 3.0R from this dealer on june 1st 2018. I thought i was getting a good deal the car looked great and everything. When i drove the car off the lot the serpentine belt broke that night and the transmission had a slip in 3rd gear. I told the salesman "mike" about it and he said the extended warranty would cover everything just drive it until it breaksdown completely. That sounded a bit sketchy to me. 2 months later 1000 miles the timing chain broke causing the engine to misfire in all 6 cylinders. I contacted the warranty to find out that they don't cover all the problems so i had to pay $1200 to fix it. 6 months later the transmission blew and i told the finance company to come pick it up i'm not paying for a lemon. I got a new 2016 mazda.. "BUYER BEWARE THIS DEALER IS A FRAUD" read more

I thought that many of these reviews couldn't have been as bad as it seemed but after I arrived for 5 mins everything others said became true. I was really interested in a 2015 BMW 2 series so I called in to see if it was available. I came right away when I heard it was available, someone then "greeted" us by saying "Do you need help?" and left after he pointed me to the car I came for. I had many questions when I looked at the car since the door had a huge gap and couldn't close right, there was many cosmetic damages, and probably many more hidden engine problems but there was no salesperson to be seen. The sales person then started yelling at me for trying to close the door. I asked him if they would be able to fix it, he didn't respond and said to leave the door open. I was trying to ask him what happened to all the cosmetic damages and if it was in a crash because the whole door wouldn't close and the front bumper was separated from the headlight on one side, he cut me off before I could even ask him and said "IT'S A CAR" while leaving. Was very interested but that's one of the worst salesman ever, it's like they don't even want to talk to you or sell you cars. Bring your business elsewhere and Do NOT buy a car from here! All their cars seemed to have damage and big gaps on the hoods. They say they have all clean titles but they probably just "fix" the cars and don't report anything. I said "fix" because it's still obvious that it's been in an accident because the shop did such a terrible job at it. read more

LBC Auto should stand for Liars, Bullshitters and Crooks. Right after I bought my car first the catalytic converter went out. Then the a/c compressor which they said they put a new one on and lied. All four of the the struts were bad and had to be replaced. I had to spend over $2000 to get that car right. When I addressed this with the owner he said " All you do is complain." The office does not have a bathroom for the customers or even the employees. The owner Mike is a piece of garbage who runs crooked sweat shop. He made his own employee pay for my warranty which he said covered any of these problems. DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!! read more

This place is TERRIBLE! I would NEVER EVER spend my money there again! They take advantage of you and they're liars! However, if you do not believe me PLEASE go with someone who is car savvy and let him check the car out for you. Better yet, take the car somewhere else for an inspection because they'll tell you the car is wonderful and post information from another car's VIN NUMBER. When I bought my junk car there he clicked the vin number with his phone with some "app" and was like, "See, there's not accidents, 1 owner, no nothing!" ...I was definitely fooled! When I took my car to figure out what's wrong with it... THE LIST was as LONG AS ME! I'm 6'! Please do not waste your times with these brothers. They're liars and they post under fake names to keep their rates high but they're terrible! Please avoid these monsters who will take advantage of people for a profit. People like them should not be in business! read more

The guy I dealt with was rude and didn't seem like he cared at all. I specifically asked questions and recorded my encounter with him. I asked him if the tears in the door seals leaked water. He said no. The first time it rained, the entire drivers side floor was flooded. I texted him to inform him. I wanted to try to handle it through them first. His response was terrible. He told me it's on me. Then when I mentioned writing a review he said when something big happens to my car he will sit back and laugh. He started name calling and talking about karma as if I was the person in the wrong. The two installments I had I paid early and on time. The seals on the windows were terribly installed but, at least they did their job. He was threatening. Seals aren't expensive or hard to install. This makes him a cheap liar. When I mentioned I had proof since I recorded it....all I got was "you're not allowed to record without my permission" lol except I only recorded it so I had my ass covered and they couldn't say I didn't ask the questions I did. It holds everyone accountable. The only nice person was the guy who took my last payment and gave me my title. Not sure why he works there. The lot is nasty and in a deserted flea market parking lot. If it wouldn't have been for how the station was handled and being lied to.....I might have actually referred my friends. I don't put up with liars though....UPDATE: found way more problems than expected. There are 4 coil packs on a car. Mine had one old and three newly replaced. The three new coil packs were missing the coils. Air is getting into the spark plugs now which isn't good. Each coil is worth between 120 and 180 dollars. The leak happens every time it rains so we know they covered it up. Something is also wrong with the back passenger side wheel or wheel well. The car is covered in dog hair between the seats which wasn't noticed until we cleaned the interior. There is also an oil leak that was covered up as well. There is a short in the electrical system which I assume has to do with the leak. All of it was noticeable after having the car for a month or two. The seller woldve noticed it while fixing it up. The guy never offered to fix any of it and threatened me as well. I will be trying to take this to small claims. Please be weary when buying a car. Have it checked out completely and not just looked over. Don't get screwed over by shady people. read more

When I went to see the car the check engine light was on and the car was a little dirty. The dirty part was fine, but I did point out the check engine light. Sales guy tells me it will be fixed prior to selling it, for it needs to pass inspection in order to get the registration tag. I mention the check engine light to the Manager as well, guarantees me it will be taken care off. I mentioned that the car was dirty, they said "we will clean it". I decided to buy the car. When I to pick it up, first thing I noticed was that they did not clean the car, ok no big deal. While driving home the check engine light turned on. I also wanted to turn the lights on and they would not turn on. I called them right away to tell them about these issues. Before I took the car in for repairs, I noticed that the headlights where missing. How the car passed inspection with the check engine light issue and no head lights still puzzles me. I took the car, they installed the headlights, and did not install a dust shield, what for, right. They told me they installed new coils and new spark plugs, yeah sure. Well, they told me to take it to the dealer to have the check engine light cleared for they did not have the proper equipment. The latest issue is the car draining the battery, and the dome light not working. So now I have to take care of all those problems. Would I recommend buying from them?, no sir. Now I'm stuck with these car problems and there is nothing I can do but write this review to let some steam out. They will probably add some comments like, "I'm sorry to hear that, give us a call". They know what they are doing and I fell for it. Look somewhere else, not a good place to buy a car. read more
