They tend to have a lot of different and often changing waiters. Some are really nice and do a good job while others are very unprofessional. Also, they don't seem to have any guidelines regarding the music in the bar area - sometimes it's nice background music (as expected in a sauna) but sometimes it's loud and disco-like.
