The showers are nice and the soap dispensers are always filled. During the week the entrance fee is rather cheap, weekends cost a little more. The first towel as well as slippers are included. The bar area is nice with both seats at the bar as well as tables. Drinks are very affordable. However, the service experience can be very different depending on which waiter is on duty. They tend to have a lot of different and often changing waiters. Some are really nice and do a good job while others are very unprofessional. Also, they don't seem to have any guidelines regarding the music in the bar area - sometimes it's nice background music (as expected in a sauna) but sometimes it's loud and disco-like.
